Ingredients:
* 1pkg (16oz) Egg Noodles
* 2 cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
* 1 container (8 oz) sour cream
* 1/2 c of milk or half N half
* 1lb ground beef
* 2 cans (6oz each) sliced mushrooms, undrained
* 1pkg (8oz) cream cheese
* 1 pkg gravy mix
1. Preheat oven to 350. Cook noodles according to package directions in a dutch oven. Drain and return to pan.
2. Add mushroom soup, sour cream & milk to noodles; stir to combine. Cover and keep warm.
3. Brown ground beef in skillet over medium-high heat until no longer pink, stirring to seperate. Drain fat from skillet.
4. Add mushrooms, cream cheese & gravy mix to ground beef; blend well. Combine with noodle mix in Dutch oven; stir until well blended. Bake 30 minutes or until heated through.
