Ingredients:
*4 - 5 pork chops
*salt and pepper to taste
*1 Tbsp butter
*3/4 c milk
*1/2 c water
*1/2 pkg dry onion soup mix
*1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1. Preheat oven to 350 F
2. Season pork chops with salt and pepper. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Saute' the pork chops in the butter about 5 minutes per side.
3. In a separate bowl, combine the milk, water, soup mix & soup. Place the pork chops in a 9x13in baking dish and pour the soup mixture over the chops.
4. Bake @ 350 F for 45 minutes.
